Summers Corner is currently made up of 5 communities – The Village, Azalea Ridge, Sweetgrass, Heron’s Walk and Horizons – 55+ Active Adult. Lennar is actively selling new homes in Sweetgrass, Heron’s Walk and Horizons.

Summers Corner is made up of 5 communities, several parks and gardens, two schools and a performing arts center. Retail spaces and a Publix are in the future. The Club at Summers Corner is currently underway. Summers Corner is growing by the day.
